SCAT DADDY (Johannesburg -- Love Style, by Mr. Prospector) made a stirring late run to win the G2 Fountain of Youth Stakes at the wire, making him one of the early favorites on the road to the Kentucky Derby. Caught behind others in the backstretch, SCAT DADDY swung four wide in the far turn, passed heavy favorite NOBIZ LIKE SHOWBIZ in the final furlong, and got up to catch front-running STORMELLO at the wire for the win. The 1 1/8-mile victory pushes SCAT DADDY'S career earnings to $734,300.
