Dehere Popular With Buyers

The progeny of perennial favourite Dehere were keenly sought after at the 2008 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale with 12 of his 13 yearlings offered being sold at an average of $287,917.Top seller for Dehere was offered by Tyreel Stud as Lot 237 and knocked down to James Bester Bloodstock for $775,000.
The colt is the first foal of Danehill Group Three winner Milanova, a full sister to champion two year-old and promising young sire Holy Roman Emperor.
Also a good result for Dehere was a half-brother to stakes-winner Dirty from the Danehill mare Weaver of Words that made $560,000 when secured by Dean Hawthorne Bloodstock.
